Why can't I see the fabric prices on your web site?
Until such time as you sign in on our web site, you will not be able to see our prices. Our prices can only be viewed by Kona Bay wholesale customers who have a login name and password. Once you sign in, then you will be able to see the prices which will appear and also be a part of your shopping cart.
Does Kona Bay and Seattle Bay sell to individual quilters?
Kona Bay ONLY sells to approved wholesale accounts and does NOT sell to individual quilters. We strongly encourage all quilters and sewing enthusiasts to support their favorite quilt shop as they are the backbone and heart and soul of our industry.
I am a customer, but have not set up my account in order to purchase online. How do I set it up?
If you are a current customer and did NOT receive a mailer from us with your login name and password, please call our Administrative Office at 1-800-531-7913. We also need an email address from you to activate your account so you may use our shopping cart.

Do I need an email address to use the Kona Bay shopping cart?
Yes. The system requires an email address so that confirmed orders can be sent immediately back to you. Please contact Kona Bay/Seattle Bay at 1-800-531-7913 to make sure we have your email address.
How can I get a free email address?
There are many companies that provide FREE email addresses.

If I don't have an email address, may I still order from Kona Bay?
Yes. You can always phone in your order to our Order desk at 1-800-531-7913 or fax Kona Bay at 1-425-867-3054 But, having an email address, allows you to use our shopping cart and order online.
What if I lost or cannot remember my login name?
Please call Kona Bay 1-800-531-7913 to get your login name and answer a few confirmation questions.
What if I lost or cannot remember my password?
You will see a box when signing in to your account where you can ask that your password be emailed to you. This is another reason why all customers must have an email address on file with Kona Bay in order to use our shopping cart system,

Does Kona Bay and Seattle Bay sell to chain stores?
Kona Bay and Seattle Bay does NOT sell to national chain stores. Again, we strongly encourage individuals to support their local fabric store.
How can I buy from Kona Bay if I am a wholesale business?
If you are not currently a Kona Bay customer, please contact our administrative office at 1-800-531-7913 and we will gladly send you a credit application in order to obtain credit terms. Until such time as we receive and approve your credit application, you may still buy as a pre-paid customer (including use of credit card) as long as we have your business license on file.
What is the minimum order for buying fabric and how many yards on your bolt of fabric?
Basically, Kona Bay and Seattle Bay have no minimums. One bolt orders are ok!! We normally put fifteen (15) yards on one bolt of fabric.

Do you sell your fabrics using sales reps and attend national quilt shows?
Kona Bay and Seattle Bay love to brag that we clearly have the BEST sales reps in the industry who call on quilt shops and fabric stores in every state in the U.S.
We also attend both the Spring and Fall QUILT MARKET shows which are wholesale shows for our beloved quilting industry.

What are your credit terms?
Once you have received credit approval, our terms are NET 60. Until you have submitted your credit application and had it approved, our terms are payment before shipping. Many shops elect to use their credit card while their credit is quickly being approved.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Even with normal credit terms, you can also pay using VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMEX.
